Parvati has practiced yoga and meditation in the U.S. and India for 20 years. She is a yoga teacher and founder of Blissful Yoga, as well as an empowerment life coach, intuitive energy healer, and student of Ayurveda. Formerly a travel agent, she has led several domestic and international yoga retreats.
Yoga Habana leads travelers on inward journeys in destinations abroad. It organizes culturally-conscious, worry-free retreats that support the development of yoga teachers, yoga studios, and other small businesses in Cuba.

Q.Is traveling to Cuba safe?
A. Yes. Cuba’s government goes to great lengths to ensure travelers’ safety and Cubans are very welcoming to guests, including Americans.
Q. Is it legal?
A. Yes. Recent changes in restictions have limited American’s options for getting to Cuba, but we’ll be legally visiting under the “support for the Cuban people” general license.
Q. Is it complicated?
A. Not with Yoga Habana, which handles all planning and logistics, leaving you free to practice yoga and discover Cuba.
Q. Is the trip all-inclusive?
A. No. Yoga Habana provides simple instructions for purchasing your flights, visa, and travel insurance. Those items plus dinners and entertainment will come to about $800.
Q. What’s the payment policy?
A. A $500 deposit reserves a spot. Payment in full by October 25, 2019. No refunds.
Q. What happens if I get sick?
A. Airfare to Cuba includes health insurance that covers any required doctor or hospital visits.
Q. What’s the weather like in January?
A. Gorgeous. High of 80, low of 65, with little chance of rain.
