Immersion into Cuba’s music, dance & arts

Why Cuba? Why Now?

“With its colorful historic buildings and classic cars, visiting Havana is like stepping back in time, but add to that a lively street scene and intense musical culture and you have one of the Caribbean’s most exciting and romantic cities.”
Huffington Post
Cuba is warm and welcoming, passionate and outspoken, a place like none other. It’s as much Caribbean as Latin American, as much African as European. It moves to the rhythms of salsa, son, rumba, and reggaeton. An eye-opening and heart-opening experience awaits.
Retreat participants will support small businesses by studying with Cuban yoga and dance teachers, staying at casas particulares, and eating at family-run paladares. By donating gently-used supplies, you’ll help equip new yoga studios and community practice spaces.

Included in the trip: 5 nights in Havana, 2 nights in Viñales, En suite bedrooms, Private ground transportation, Welcome and farewell dinners, Breakfasts and lunches, Daily yoga & meditation, Lessons in salsa and other Cuban dances, Walking tour of Havana, Street fairs and artists markets, Horseback tour of Viñales, Day at the beach, Music around every corner
