Learn how to cultivate a calm and centered mind even in the midst of chaos. Through the practice of meditation one gains a balanced approach to life & self-confidence, mental strength, and a calmer nervous system.
Each week we will go deeper into the meditation process while learning different meditation methods including practices for home-meditations.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators who would like to explore other meditation techniques.
Instructed by: Victoria Goodwin is the owner of the Blissful Yoga. Victoria is a strong believer in the value of regular personal practice. Beginning in 2000, she found that a consistent regimen of yoga and meditation helped her to manage Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy, a chronic pain condition.
