Join Sharyn for this 6 class beginner series to help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. We will combine basic yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind!

WEEK 1: The Basics – How the Mind, Body and Breath Work in Unison

WEEK 2: Foundations & Alignment – The Warrior Within 

WEEK 3: Strength & Flexibility – Healthy Spine 

WEEK 4: Heart Space & Meditation – Opening the Heart and Claming the Mind 

WEEK 5: Strenghtening the Middle Core Power 

WEEK 6: Piecing it All Together – LET’S FLOW!
