MOVING THROUGH GRIEF
There’s no way around grief, there is no place you can hide from grief. The way through wholeness lies in moving through grief.
This grief workshop uses the practices of yoga movements, meditation, breath and intention to move the grief through your body, mind and spirit.

12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Please wear black or your deceased favorite color.
Please bring a remembrance of your dead, example a picture, a lock of hair, a newspaper clipping, etc.
This grief workshop will end in a Mourning Tea Ritual celebrating our dead and inviting them to continue to participate in the blessings of our lives.
