Summer Beginner Yoga: 6-Week Series

Join Sharyn for this 6 class beginner series to help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. We will combine basic yoga postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body.

Week 2: Foundations & Alignment – The Warrior Within

Week 3: Strength & Flexibility – Healthy Spine

Week 4: Heart Space & Meditation – Opening the Heart and Claming the Mind

Week 5: Strenghtening the Middle Core Power

Week 6: Piecing it All Together – LET’S FLOW!
